Job summary

Propel Autism, LLC is seeking a Center-based Clinical Supervisor to oversee behavior assessments, treatment planning and supervision of RBTs/BCBA candidates in a Georgia clinic setting.

You will manage a small caseload (6–8 clients), maintain fidelity to evidence-based interventions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and mentor staff while pursuing ongoing professional development. Remote work options exist up to 24 days per year.

Qualifications

• Masters in ABA or psychology or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification.
• License to practice in Georgia.
• 1+ year BCBA experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to understand clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and interventions.
• Manage caseload of 6-8 clients.
• Supervise RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates.
• Review session notes/data to monitor progress and fidelity.
• Collaborate with colleagues and train parents as partners.
• Meet or exceed 27.5 weekly billable hours.

Pay:

$87,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year

Job Highlights:

• Base salary range starting at $80,000+
• Target earnings $90,000-$131,000 annually
• Small caseloads of 6-8 clients
• Low billable requirement- 27.5hrs weekly
• 24 potential work from home days
• Emphasis on professional development: $500 annual CEU budget, monthly in-house CEUs, access to unlimited Central Reach Institute CEUs, and 1 dedicated paid professional development day.

As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will:

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
• Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
• Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
• Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

Bonus Structure:

• Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work from home day in the next pay period.
• Unlimited referral bonuses of $350 for RBT’s and $2000 for BCBA’s

You will need:

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Applicable license to practice within Georgia
• 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
