Starting compensation is $95,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus annual KPI-based bonuses, CEU reimbursement, and generous benefits. The position requires commuting between partner locations and balancing billable/non-billable duties.

• ABA services in our childcare centers are delivered in a natural environment, with same age peers fostering meaningful progress and skill development for children with autism through real-life, everyday interactions.
• Ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the childcare classroom.
• Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on.

This is applied behavior analysis woven into everyday life.

What We Offer You

• Compensation:$95,000 starting(tiered salary based on experience and certification year)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus: We value your commitment to our team, and we offer a generous sign-on bonus to be paid out in installments over 12 months.
• Yearly performance based bonuses based on KPI's
• Receive $1,500 in CEU reimbursement, which can also be applied toward travel expenses for conferences
• Manageable billable expectation: 25 hours a week with a 40 hour work week to provide balance for billable and non-billable responsibilities!
