Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs across clients. The role includes supervising RBTs and caregivers, conducting assessments, and supporting supervision for BCBA certification on a weekly basis.

The candidate should hold a Master's degree, active BCBA certification, and be prepared to initiate licensure if required.

What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.) Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly Other typical BCBA activities What We’re Looking For Master’s degree Active BCBA certification, required Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required) Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
