Job summary

Astra ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our Asheville team. You will develop and implement individualized behavioral plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, collaborating with clinicians and families to drive meaningful progress.

Requirements include BCBA certification, a Master's degree in a related field, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Minimum 1 year experience with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individualized treatment goals
  • Design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with our team and parents
  • Provide ongoing behavioral support and training to parents and caregivers
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and best practices

About the Role:

As a BCBA at Astra ABA, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help our team achieve our mission of empowering young learners to reach their full potential. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individualized treatment goals
  • Design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians and parents
  • Provide ongoing behavioral support and training to parents and caregivers

Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
