Perfect Pair ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead clinical programs and mentor RBTs in a home-based therapy model across New Mexico. The role emphasizes data-driven programming, ongoing family guidance, and collaboration with other service providers to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Active state license (LBA) required where applicable.
• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across formats.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for client home visits.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with understanding guidance and compassionate communication.
• Design a thoughtful, evidence-based programming hierarchy based on client data and progress.
• Provide ongoing support to families navigating successful programming outcomes.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Duties:

• Support our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) by offering mentorship, understanding guidance, compassionate communication, and attentive supervision.

• Design a thoughtful, evidence-based programming hierarchy that respects and reflects client data, acknowledges their progress, and incorporate ongoing assessments to support their journey.

• Offer continuous support and guidance for families, helping them navigate the journey toward successful programming outcomes together.

• Welcome collaboration with other service providers beyond Perfect Pair, embracing the value of working together to enhance the experiences of those we serve.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB

• Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location

• Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date is preferred

• Ability to complete and pass a background check

• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios

• Retain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients.
