Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time
$100,000–$120,000 Annual Salary + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Benefits

Lead Clinically. Grow Professionally. Change Lives Every Day.

At Applied ABC, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive—and every clinician deserves a workplace that invests in them just as much.

We provide exceptional, data-driven ABA therapy designed to create meaningful, lasting change for children and their families. Our culture is collaborative, mission-driven, and built on the belief that the best clinical outcomes happen when talented clinicians have the autonomy, resources, and support to do their best work.

We're looking for a full-time BCBA who is ready to lead clinically, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact while being part of a team that takes both the science of ABA and the people we serve seriously.

Work Setting: Hybrid & In-Person

This is a hybrid and in-person position designed to provide flexibility while maintaining meaningful face-to-face interaction with clients, families, and your clinical team.

Please note: This is NOT a fully remote position. BCBAs are expected to provide services through a combination of in-person and hybrid work, depending on client needs, clinical requirements, and assigned cases.

This role is ideal for clinicians who value the flexibility of a hybrid environment while also enjoying direct, in-person clinical work and collaboration.

We recognize the value of your commitment from day one. Eligible full‑time BCBAs receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus after 90 days.

Clinical Autonomy with Real Support

Have the freedom to make clinical decisions and do your best work, while a dedicated support team helps manage the operational complexity behind the scenes.

You're Never on Your Own

Every BCBA is supported by an assigned Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager, allowing you to stay focused on your clients and clinical work—not administrative challenges.

You’ll have access to ATrack, Applied ABC's proprietary clinical platform, designed specifically to streamline treatment planning, data collection, and documentation.
