Applied ABC is seeking a full-time BCBA in Tucson, AZ, offering a hybrid and in-person work model with a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. The role leads clinically, supports professional growth, and delivers evidence-based ABA services to children and families.
We provide autonomy and strong clinical support, including Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager, and access to our proprietary ATrack platform for treatment planning and data collection.
At Applied ABC, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive—and every clinician deserves a workplace that invests in them just as much.
We provide exceptional, data-driven ABA therapy designed to create meaningful, lasting change for children and their families. Our culture is collaborative, mission-driven, and built on the belief that the best clinical outcomes happen when talented clinicians have the autonomy, resources, and support to do their best work.
We're looking for a full-time BCBA who is ready to lead clinically, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact while being part of a team that takes both the science of ABA and the people we serve seriously.
This is a hybrid and in-person position designed to provide flexibility while maintaining meaningful face-to-face interaction with clients, families, and your clinical team.
Please note: This is NOT a fully remote position. BCBAs are expected to provide services through a combination of in-person and hybrid work, depending on client needs, clinical requirements, and assigned cases.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value the flexibility of a hybrid environment while also enjoying direct, in-person clinical work and collaboration.
We offer a competitive annual salary of $100,000-$120,000, based on qualifications, experience, and other applicable factors.
We recognize the value of your commitment from day one. Eligible full-time BCBAs receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
Have the freedom to make clinical decisions and do your best work, while a dedicated support team helps manage the operational complexity behind the scenes.
Every BCBA is supported by an assigned Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager, allowing you to stay focused on your clients and clinical work—not administrative challenges.
You’ll have access to ATrack, Applied ABC’s proprietary clinical platform, designed specifically to streamline treatment planning, data collection, and documentation.
Your professional growth matters. Applied ABC provides continuing education reimbursement, professional development assistance, and opportunities for advancement. We believe in developing our clinicians and promoting from within.
Collaborate directly with leadership and interdisciplinary teams. Your clinical expertise and perspective help shape how we serve our clients and families.
As a full-time BCBA at Applied ABC, you’ll carry an active caseload, lead a team of RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver individualized, evidence-based services that create meaningful progress for children and their families.
This is a role for a clinician who takes ownership, leads with empathy, values collaboration, and holds themselves to a high standard of clinical excellence.
At Applied ABC, we believe clinical excellence and operational support go hand in hand. We don't expect our BCBAs to do everything alone. Here's how we support you:
Helps align your caseload with your schedule, availability, and clinical strengths.
Provides case support and helps manage administrative needs so you can stay focused on clinical care.
Guides you through onboarding, helps new BCBAs learn our systems and processes, and provides ongoing support with treatment plans, client assessments, and more.
Access our proprietary platform for treatment planning, data collection, and documentation.
Work alongside a team that respects your expertise, prioritizes your growth, and recognizes the impact you make every day.
If you're ready to take the next step in your clinical career—with the autonomy to do your best work, the support to sustain it, competitive compensation, and a team that shares your passion for helping children thrive—we'd love to hear from you.
At Applied ABC, you'll find more than a caseload.
You'll find a purpose, a team, and an opportunity to build a career that makes a difference.
