Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based position in Summerville, SC. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school year, in-person only with a caseload from 1st to 8th grade.

You will develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs, design crisis interventions, and collect data to monitor progress. Must have National BCBA Certification and experience with FBAs, BIPs, and behavior management.

• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• MUST HAVE: National BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Experience with behavior management, and data collection
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
