Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking a BCBA to join its team in Springfield, Massachusetts. This role offers a competitive salary between $85k and $95k, with flexibility, attractive benefits, and support from a Clinical Manager.

The candidate will provide direct supervision to staff, review treatment data, and consult with families. Eligible candidates must be certified as a BCBA with at least one year of relevant experience.

Position Description

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret the results, and modify the individualized treatment plan accordingly
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families
• Consult with families regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff
• BCBAs receive support from their Clinical Manager, including administrative support, scheduling help, and general assistance with the BCBA’s caseload

Required Experience and Education

• Certified as a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
• Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions
• Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
• Ability to meet rigorous physical demands of the job, including standing, sitting, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs., crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor
