Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring BCBAs/BCaBAs in the North Oregon region to provide supervision, design and oversee behavior intervention plans, and mentor staff. You will travel to client locations and work with families to deliver high-quality ABA services.

We seek compassionate, licensed professionals connected to BACB standards, able to manage programs from home settings to schools and communities. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

  • Must have active BCBA/BCaBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
  • Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees assigned, family members, and stakeholders who support the clients success.
  • Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization of learned skills across environments.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
  • Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the BACB and PBS policies.

Sign-on bonuses available in the following North Oregon region counties:
  • $1000 BCBA/$500 BCaBA bonus available in Morrow County
  • $1000 BCBA/$500 BCaBA bonus available in Clackamas County
  • $1000 BCBA/$500 BCaBA bonus available in Washington County

Sign-on bonus offers are based on current needs and subject to change at any time.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/BCaBA to join our team. Our BCBAs/BCaBAs are responsible for creating an environment of trust with the families we serve, designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans specific to individual needs, supervising and mentoring Behavior Assistants, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Student Analysts, while ensuring high-quality ABA services are provided to clients.
