Board Certified Behavior Analyst Duties & Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months – 12 years
• Conduct assessments specific to client needs
• Develop ABA programming tailored to each client
• Manage time effectively for service delivery
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide training to caregivers
• Offer in‑home or community‑based wrap‑around services as needed

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with children of varying abilities
