Job summary

Centra Health’s Autism & Development Center in Lynchburg, VA, seeks a Licensed Behavior Analyst to lead behavioral therapy interventions, assess patients, and craft individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.

The LBA will supervise program and service delivery, collaborate with clinicians, and contribute to data-driven strategies in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as Behavior Analyst from the Virginia Board of Medicine.
• BCBA experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral therapy interventions for children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
