Center for Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC (CABA) is seeking a BCBA® to provide clinical oversight for a caseload of 8–12 clients, ensuring data-driven decisions and treatment integrity. The role emphasizes collaboration with RBTs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
You will lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools and physicians, with most in-person work and some potential for remote/hybrid arrangements. A strong commitment to ethical, client-centered care is essential.
CABA (The Center for Applied Behavior Analysis) isn’t run by investors or people who’ve never done the work. It’s led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized leader in ABA known for her radical candor, loyalty to its team, and relentless push for ethical, client-centered care.
We serve clients across the lifespan with a strong focus on older children, teens, and adults navigating complex needs like autism, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.
At CABA, you're not flying solo. You’ll have access to the BOSS® program (Behavioral Operational Support Specialists), providing real-time, executive-level clinical support for troubleshooting tough cases, collaborating on decisions, and helping you stay focused on what you do best. Caseloads are capped and built intentionally, not dumped.
You’ve invested significant time, money, and energy into becoming a BCBA®. We’ve built a role that respects that investment with clear boundaries, reliable support, and real opportunities to grow.
If you’re clinically grounded, collaborative, and looking for a role that values both your expertise and your boundaries. We’d love to hear from you!
