Join Our Team of Change Agents

At KIDS ABA Services, we believe ABA is more than a service—it’s an opportunity to change the trajectory of a child’s life. Every new skill, every behavior replaced, every moment of confidence gained matters. We build teams of clinicians who are energized by progress, grounded in ethical and evidence-based practice, and united by a shared mission: helping children thrive.

We’re looking for a BCBA who wants more than a job; we’re looking for someone who wants to shape a better future for the children we serve and for the field itself.
Your Impact in This Role

As a BCBA at KIDS ABA Services, you will be both a clinician and a leader. You will design and oversee treatment that builds functional skills, fosters independence, and helps families feel supported and empowered. You will guide clinical teams, partner with families, and translate data into meaningful progress.

What we offer
  • Loan Repayment Assistance
  • Caseload cap: 8–10 clients
  • Hybrid schedule with remote days for supervision, treatment planning, and parent training
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 16 days PTO + paid holidays
  • 100% approved CEU coverage & paid ABA conference attendance
  • Clinical autonomy — you make the treatment decisions
  • Administrative support for scheduling, insurance, and documentation
  • Leadership Growth & Clinical Development
  • Flexible scheduling
What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership & Treatment Design
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Create, implement, and refine individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
Collaboration & Family Partnership
  • Partner with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, child-centered care
  • Attend treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings as needed
  • Participate in insurance authorization and review processes for assigned clients
Team Development & Supervision
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, and students
  • Conduct regularly scheduled client observations (minimum two per month, per client)
  • Support professional growth with high clinical and ethical standards
Caseload & Documentation Management
  • Maintain a billable expectation of 27.5 hours/week (110 hours/month)
  • Complete:
    • session notes
    • monthly data analysis
    • treatment updates
    • assessments & reports
    • insurance documentation
  • Initiate onboarding and treatment for new clients promptly at leadership direction
Qualifications

We’re seeking a clinician who believes ABA should be both ethical and transformative—someone who is motivated by progress, committed to evidence-based practice, and energized by seeing children gain confidence and independence.

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Strong ethical decision-making and sound clinical judgment
  • Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly and compassionately
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration
Who Thrives in This Role
  • Approach challenges with curiosity rather than rigidity
  • Communicate clearly with families, teams, and payors
  • Bring creativity to individualized programming and intervention design
  • Mentor others and enjoy elevating the clinical quality of a team
  • Care about meaningful outcomes—not just compliance or service volume
  • Believe ABA should build independence, capability, and confidence
What Matters to Us
  • Ethical practice that protects both clients and clinicians
  • Family voice and cultural respect in treatment planning
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration over siloed clinical work
  • High-quality data that actually guides decision-making
  • A growth mindset for both children and professionals
  • Continuous improvement for the field—not just for our organization
Why Join KIDS ABA Services

We believe that when clinicians feel supported, valued, and aligned with their mission, clients thrive. Our culture is built around elevating the clinical craft and transforming the field through ethical, child-centered care.

At KIDS ABA Services you’ll benefit from
  • Clinical autonomy + operational support; we handle scheduling, billing, and authorizations so you can focus on clinical work.
  • Mission-driven work; we care deeply about building meaningful independence, not just reducing behaviors.
  • A culture of respect & collaboration; we learn together, problem-solve together, and celebrate progress together.
  • Professional growth pathways; opportunities for leadership development, specialization, training, and supervising upcoming BCBAs.
  • Ethical caseload management; thoughtful caseload sizes that support quality over volume.
  • Family-centered care; families are treated as true partners in the intervention process.
Be Part of Something Bigger

At KIDS ABA Services, you won’t just be managing a caseload—you’ll be helping children unlock new skills, families feel supported, and teams grow stronger. You will be contributing to a more ethical, progressive, and independence-focused future for the field of ABA.
