Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Clinic BCBA to manage an active caseload and supervise ABA therapists in Lawrenceville, GA. The role requires a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and a valid supervision certificate.

You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments like VB-MAPP and Vineland, and lead family training sessions. Responsibilities include data collection, behavior plan creation, and coordinating care with families.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB) required.
  • Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field.
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate with supervisory experience.
  • Experience creating behavior support plans.
  • Experience administering VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS assessments.
  • Experience creating treatment plans and conducting family training and social skills groups.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work in the US and relocate/travel to the office as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active caseload and meet billable utilization hours per month.
  • Provide supervision to ABA therapists.
  • Supervise BTs or RBTs delivering 1:1 services using behavioral skills training.
  • Administer skills, preference, and reinforcer assessments as needed.
  • Create programming to achieve client treatment goals.
  • Develop behavior support plans based on individual client needs.
  • Coordinate with families and provide family training sessions.
  • Set up data collection systems and ensure ongoing data accuracy.
  • Attend team meetings and report on current behavior levels; lead in crisis situations.
  • Be flexible with policy changes and uphold Applied ABC’s holistic, individualized approach.

Location: 2329 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30044

Hours: M-F 9am-7pm & Sat 10am-2pm

Qualifications:
  • Active Board certification – passed the BACB exam for behavior analysts
  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate – certified to provide supervision to RBT’s and has supervisory experience. Experience utilizing behavioral skills training
  • Experience creating behavior support plans
  • Experience administering various skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, etc
  • Experience with creating treatment plans and conducting family training, social skills groups, etc
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, of all ages
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in the US
  • Ability to relocate or travel to office location (in person required)
Position Description:
  • Clinic BCBA will maintain an active caseload and meet 120 billable utilization hours per month which includes supervision, treatment planning, BTM (treatment planning with face-to-face component, Parent Training, etc. Travel is acknowledged, but not billable. (Up to 10 hours per week).
  • Clinic BCBA will support their caseload by providing behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists.
  • BCBA may be providing supervision for BT’s or RBT’s working 1:1 with students, delivering evidence-based supervision techniques such as behavioral skills training.
  • BCBA may not only need to administer skills assessments, but also preference, and reinforcer assessments.
  • BCBA will provide programming to support the students to achieve their treatment goals.
  • BCBA will be required to create behavior support plans, based on the clients’ individual needs and behaviors.
  • Additionally, considerations should be made for families and their level of experience, for family training sessions.
  • Family training targets may need to be explicitly written and explained to those who have little to no experience working in the field of applied behavior analysis.
  • BCBA will set up data collection systems and ensure ongoing and accurate data collection is occurring.
  • BCBA will attend team meetings for coordination of care as requested by the family and be prepared to report on current levels of behaviors. BCBA must be comfortable leading others in behavior crisis situations, utilizing behavior analytic principles.
  • BCBA will need to hold the ability to be flexible and accommodating for companies updates in changes to policies and procedures and work-related expectations.
  • BCBA will uphold Applied ABC’s core principles, of providing the best possible clinical techniques with a holistic and individualized approach to achieve ideal clinical outcomes.
