Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem hourly work with flexible scheduling in Kentucky. The role supports children with autism through data-driven ABA therapy, with supervision and collaboration across families and schools.

In-person or remote assignments are available, with a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to align cases with your availability. You'll deliver individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and contribute to ongoing assessment and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate is required.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to tailor programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for clients.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical ABA services at all touchpoints.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint

Required

What Sets You Apart

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate
• State licensure where applicable
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to Have

• Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based or hybrid setting
• Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
• A collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationships
