Job summary

Priorities ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our LEARN Behavioral team, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. We emphasize assent-based treatment and family partnership, with a $5k sign-on bonus and access to extensive CEUs and development programs.

As a BCBA, you will supervise clinicians, write and review reports, deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, and collaborate with multiple specialty groups across LEARN.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher.
• BCBA certification or expected to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat safety of clients as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing teaching procedures and ensure timely implementation.
