Brightstone Therapy is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Jacksonville team. The role involves conducting FBAs, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and professionals across clinic, home, and school settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in clinic/home/school-based ABA preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Medicaid/Tricare credentialing is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.

• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online platform.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and payor standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $80,000+, plus performance-based bonuses (Tiered compensation structure for BCBAs certified 1+ years)
• $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months
• $1,500 CEU reimbursement, including conference travel expenses
• Mileage reimbursement for required travel
