Qualificações

• Current BCBA certification or actively preparing to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• NC LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide meaningful clinical support to clients, families, and the BT/RBT team.
• Engage in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, supervision, and family collaboration.
• Participate in mentorship and support for new BCBA(s) and staff as needed.

Full-Time Hourly

• $85–$100/hour
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $12,000 in additional bonuses

Part-Time

• $85–$100/hour
• $500–$1,000 sign-on bonus, depending on caseload
• Up to $12,000 in additional bonuses

What We're Looking For
