Applied ABC in Georgia is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver data-driven ABA services. The role offers hybrid and home-based options, with a mix of full-time salaried and hourly opportunities based on qualifications and client needs.

We support clinical autonomy with a collaborative team and ongoing professional growth. Candidates must hold BCBA certification, a Master's in ABA or related field, and current supervision credentials, with willingness to provide in-person services

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Georgia LBA where required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to provide in-person services when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload as a BCBA.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support clients and team during behavioral crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA requirements.

Compensation & Work Options

Full-Time Salaried BCBA

• $100,000–$105,000 annual salary, based on qualifications and experience

• $5,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period

Your Impact

As a BCBA with Applied ABC, you will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services while supporting children, families, and your clinical team.

Your responsibilities may include:

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active BCBA certification

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians

• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Ability and willingness to provide in-person services when required

Nice to Have

• Experience in clinic-based, hybrid, in-home, or community-based ABA settings

• Experience using digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation

• Strong RBT team leadership and development skills

• Experience with parent training and family-centered care
