Opal Autism Centers in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a BCBA for a full-time, in-person center-based role. We offer a sustainable caseload, strong operational support, and a pathway for clinical leadership.

Base salary $80,000–$90,000 (DOE) with retention bonus up to $10,000 and quarterly bonuses up to $26,000. Total earnings potential can exceed $100,000 for high performers, with ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols to support individualized clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | Center-Based

Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (DOE)

Optional retention bonus up to $ 10,000

Quarterly Bonus Opportunities: Earn up to ~$26,000 annually without PTO penalty

WhatYou’llDo:

• Maintain clinicallyappropriate caseloadsand productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements

• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success

Required Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations
• Current CPR & First Aid certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams
• Strong collaboration, mentorship, and coaching skills
• Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms
• Behavior Analyst Licensure "LBA"(per state requirements)
