Bridgewell in Massachusetts seeks a Behavior Support professional to assist residential and day programs. You will work with Behavior Analysts to assess, plan, implement, and monitor behavior supports that meet regulatory requirements from DDS and MassHealth.
The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field and at least two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. The position is 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Supports Bridgewell's mission by providing behavior support services to the residential and/or day services programs. Works in coordination with the behavior analysts, supervisors, program directors, and staff in the assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring of behavior supports that meet regulatory requirements of DDS and Mass Health.
Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (flexible schedule) 30 hours per week
