Role Description

This full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Clinton Township, MI. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design ABA programs tailored to each child’s needs. Daily responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, monitoring treatment fidelity, analyzing data, and making data-driven program adjustments. The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver training, collaborate with speech therapists and other team members, and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based ABA programs.
• Skills in Behavior Management and Psychology to assess behavior, interpret data, and develop effective intervention strategies.
• Experience in Parent Education, including training caregivers to implement behavior strategies and support generalization of skills at home and in the community.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a clinical, school, or home-based setting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Clinton Township, MI, and to support a positive, inclusive, and family-centered clinic environment.
