Role Description

This is a part-time in home/daycare role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Northwest Suburbs of Chicago Area, IL. The BCBA will be responsible for designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, providing direct supervision to program implementation, and training staff and parents on behavior management techniques. The role also involves analyzing data to monitor progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes.
