Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a BCBA to join our vibrant, family-like team. You’ll develop and supervise cutting-edge behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and therapists to deliver life-changing outcomes.

This full-time (hybrid) role offers a salary of $90,000 to $115,000 per year, immediate start date, generous PTO, and opportunities for career growth and bonuses as you contribute to a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
