Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role is based in Ashland City, TN, where you'll support school staff and develop behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support school staff.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Set and support academic and behavioral goals.
• Create teacher-friendly data collection systems.
• Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders.
