Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support families in the Arvada area.

You will oversee assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with parents and educators to maximize child outcomes. In-person or hybrid scheduling offers flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
