Job summary

Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. Both part-time and full-time positions are available in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

As a BCBA, you will supervise teams, mentor behavior technicians, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care. The role offers promotional opportunities and comprehensive wellness benefits.

Total Spectrum is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence‑based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Part‑time and full‑time positions are available. For nearly 10 years, we’ve helped children, teens, and young adults achieve success through individualized, person‑centered care rooted in assent‑based treatment. We partner with parents and caregivers to nurture each child’s potential, setting them up for success in school and life. Billing expectations are reasonable, with a 20‑hour minimum weekly billable target.

As a BCBA at Total Spectrum, you’ll receive clinical leadership and support as part of the LEARN Behavioral collective, which employs over 500 BCBAs across 18 states. Our average clinical leader has been with the organization for 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) (note all our BTs go through competency‑based training)
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members
• Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority
• Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance
• Analyze data/behavior and make data‑based decisions
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely
• Deliver individualized, person‑centered care rooted in the principles of assent‑based treatment
