Sunny Days Sunshine Center in Lawton, OK seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatrics team. This role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, parent training, and supervising RBTs in a collaborative setting.

You'll work with a supportive clinical team, implement high-quality procedures, maintain thorough documentation, and help create a caring community for children and families. BHCOE accreditation and a commitment to excellence define our approach.

As our BCBA, you'll be at the heart of transforming lives:

Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise RBTs. We use CentralReach!

Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes

Maintain documentation and compliance with QA support

Collaborate, innovate, and lead in creating a caring community.

Your Qualifications

BCBA Certification

Strong clinical and decision-making skills

Stellar organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
