Epic Minds Therapy is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lumberton, NC. We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative ABA-focused environment.

As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes while maintaining ethical and regulatory

Formación

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
