Job summary

AngelCare ABA Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide in-home or school-based ABA therapy, support families, and implement BCBA-designed plans. You will collect progress data, collaborate with caregivers, and ensure a safe, positive therapy environment.

Qualifications

  • Must hold BCaBA certification.
  • High school diploma or higher is acceptable;2 years ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school.

  • Collect and document client progress data.
  • Collaborate with families and team members for client success.
  • Maintain a safe and positive therapy environment.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible to:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.

  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Collect and document data on client progress.

  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

  • Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Compensation and Schedule:
  • Shifts: Full time, Part time, Flexible

  • Hours: 10 - 40 hours per week

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current BCaBA Certification Letter

  • High school diploma or equivalent (or higher education) or 2 years of experience delivering ABA services

  • Experience providing BHT services or completion of required additional training

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Titles:
  • Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA)

  • Behavior Technician (BT)

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
