Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCaBA to implement ABA treatment plans and support BCBA-driven goals for clients in Asheboro, NC. You will help develop socially appropriate skills and participate in data collection and team collaboration to ensure ethical, trauma-informed care.

The role emphasizes caregiver training, ongoing professional development, and adherence to clinical quality standards within a naturalistic teaching framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Record data for prescribed training protocols.
• Provide parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.

• Assist Behavior Analysts in preparing client materials as instructed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.

Position

The BCaBA is responsible for providing behavior analysis services to assist the Behavior Analyst. The BCaBA will implement the treatment plan developed with the BCBA to develop socially appropriate skills that align with the overall goals for successful completion of ABA services.

Duties
