Mass General Brigham in Massachusetts is seeking board-certified/board-eligible anesthesiologists to join our Enterprise Anesthesiology Community Physicians Practice. You will provide care across general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, ENT, and other specialties in community hospital and ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered care approach.
• Experience in community hospital or ambulatory anesthesia preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia across a variety of surgical procedures.
• Perform preoperative assessments and perioperative management.
• Collaborate within a team-based anesthesia care model with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and CRNAs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical innovation projects.
