Tampa Family Health Centers seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Allergist & Immunologist to join our growing medical team in Tampa, Florida. This full-time outpatient role offers comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and long-term management of allergic and immunologic conditions, collaborating with primary care and other specialists in a multidisciplinary setting.

The position emphasizes evidence-based care, patient education, and coordinated care within TFHC’s integrated health system.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Allergy & Immunology Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility.
• Active DEA license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems; Epic is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with allergic, immunologic, and related conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Perform and interpret allergy and immunology diagnostic testing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide ongoing disease monitoring and medication management.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and trigger avoidance.
• Deliver allergen immunotherapy and other specialized treatments as indicated.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care across TFHC and external services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.
