The Spirit of the Position:

The Assistant Manager will support in overseeing daily operations. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and clean atmosphere for customers and clients and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Assistant Manager will act as a liaison between staff, customers, and management, providing leadership and operational support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Operational Management
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
Customer Service
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
Staff Supervision
  • Assist in training, coaching, and supervising staff.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure service quality.
Compliance & Security
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, company policies, and security protocols.
Special Projects
  • Support implementation of new technologies or systems to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in planning for special events or peak periods requiring additional coordination.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience desired.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with parking management systems.
