Holman’s BMW of Fort Lauderdale is hiring an Automotive Technician to service and repair vehicles under the Service Manager. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, road-test vehicles, and maintain up-to-date diagnostic knowledge, while keeping a clean, organized shop and tracking tools.

The role requires BMW/MINI experience (preferred), at least 2 years dealer-level or large facility experience, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and background check

Qualifications

• BMW/MINI experience is highly desired.
• Minimum of 2+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; UTI Fast Track Grad preferred.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology and manuals
• Keep the shop area clean and account for tools
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs
• Adapt to rapidly changing automotive technologies and diagnostics
