Job summary

Holman is seeking an Automotive Technician for Busy BMW of Fort Lauderdale. You will service and repair vehicles, diagnose malfunctions, and perform road tests to ensure quality. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available, with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Candidates should have BMW/MINI experience, at least 2 years in a dealer or large facility, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a high school diploma or equivalent (UTI Fast Track Grad preferred).

Qualifications

• BMW/MINI experience is highly desired.
• Minimum of 2+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent, UTI Fast Track Grad preferred.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology and manuals.
• Keep shop area neat and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and diagnostics.
