Schomp Automotive Group is hiring sales professionals in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role uses our One Price, One Person, One Hour model to provide a transparent, best-price experience. Training lasts about four weeks, with commissions after a 60-day paid training period and a draw against earnings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• Competitive drive and a heart for customer care.
• Available to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Valid Driver's License; clean driving record.
• Able to use/learn CRM database, Google Suite and automotive software as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle features and options.
• Identify customer needs and budget to recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer and collaborate with Finance on options.
• Use the CRM system to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to internet leads.

Location:

Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)

Full Time Pay Range : $55,000 - $150,000 per year

Pay Type : Draw + Commissions, after 60-day paid training

What you will do:

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories
• Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer
• Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values
• Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads

• Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
