• Up to $55 Per Flat Rate Hour for Technician
• Annual Longevity Bonus
• Technicians with BMW experience preferred but not required
• Technicians with 2 or more years of experience encouraged to apply
• Up to 2 Months of 40 hours Flat Rate Guarantee
• Ability to generate up to 50+ hours for all Technicians
• Up to $56 for Entry Level Shop Foreman based on experience & qualifications
• Plus Commission on entire BMW shop hours produced
• BMW Technician experience required
• BMW Shop Foreman experience preferred but not required
• Technicians with 3 or more years of experience with BMW encouraged to apply
• Established BMW Service department in VA, DC, and MD with more capacity to grow

Responsibilities:

• Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address the customer’s primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control.
• Perform the Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle.
• Notify the Service Advisor promptly if the car has more or less concerns than you originally thought.
• Master our Dealer Management System for time keeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes and communication.
• Keep your workspace clean and tidy and ensure that your organization will allow you to account for any and all dealership tools.
• Attend factory or dealership trainings with a positive attitude.
• Maintain knowledge of all factory bulletins.
• Understand federal, state and local regulations.

BMW Technician Qualifications:

• Automotive technician experience or equivalent education.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills.
• Ambitious and possess a desire to learn and grow within our company.
