Job summary

SimplyEuro in Plano, TX is hiring a BMW Level 4 Technician to diagnose and repair BMWs the right way, leveraging factory tools and the Alloy Techs support team.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, sign-on bonus and relocation aid, plus paid BMW and industry training to help you stay at the top of your game.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing BMWs using proper procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair BMW vehicles focusing on electrical, networking, engine, transmission, chassis, and ADAS systems.
• Utilize factory information, wiring diagrams and OEM procedures to ensure correct repairs.
• Collaborate with Alloy Techs for advanced diagnostics and remote support.

SimplyEuro is hiring a BMW Level 4 Technician for our Plano, TX location.

This isn't another independent shop trying to work on BMWs with generic scan tools and guesswork.

Our team averages 200+ flagged hours per technician, every month. The shop runs efficiently because everyone, from our advisors to our leadership team, understands what it takes to support high-performing technicians.

We're looking for someone who can confidently diagnose and repair everything from complex electrical issues and vehicle networks to engine performance, transmission concerns, chassis systems, hybrid technology, ADAS calibrations, and BMW's latest vehicle platforms.

Requirements

• The Technician must be physically capable of performing tasks that involve grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours, is required.
• Must be able to maintain a fast-paced work rhythm for extended durations.
