The State of Indiana's Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Crown Point is seeking an entry-level Team Leader to supervise frontline customer service, train and mentor Customer Service Representatives, and ensure courteous, accurate service. You will work with the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager to build capable teams.
This role involves scheduling, opening/closing procedures, handling escalations, and maintaining branch operations in accordance with BMV policies.

Role Overview:
Team Leaders oversee the frontline customer service operations for the branch. You will focus on troubleshooting escalated employee and customer issues in a timely manner. In this entry-level leadership role, you will work alongside the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager to train, develop, and mentor Customer Service Representatives to be the best employees they can be.
