Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills; patient advocacy and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development.
• Provide education on post-treatment care, medication administration, and support for complex medical interventions.
