Qualifikationen

• One (1) year of outpatient/inpatient RN experience.
• Two (2) years of oncology experience preferred.
• Two (2) years of BMT-CT experience preferred.
• One (1) year of ambulatory experience preferred.
• Coordination of care experience preferred.
• California RN license required; BLS certification required.

• Establish therapeutic relationships and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with patient, family and health care team to develop individualized care plans.
• Teach needed information for self-care and illness prevention to patients and families.
• Assess learning needs and adapt education to patient developmental levels and cultural context.
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies; activate protocols as needed.
• Ensure quality healthcare practices and participate in governance and education activities.
