Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Test Lead (SW Qualification Testing) to oversee a team of engineers and ensure high-quality software validation for automotive applications, focusing on Battery Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Vector tools, HIL systems, and understanding of AUTOSAR and ASPICE. Responsibilities include planning qualification testing and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR and ASPICE process models.
• Hands-on experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer).
• Proficient in communication protocols like CAN, J1939, and LIN/SAE J2602.
• Expertise in HIL systems and BMS application testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of test engineers to achieve project goals.
• Plan and manage qualification testing activities for automotive software.
• Perform HIL and ECU-in-the-loop testing.
• Analyze test results and debug issues.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
