Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens).

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee design reviews, installation, and commissioning.
• Manage vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Lead testing and handover processes.
• Control project financials, including cost control and billing.
