Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms, HVAC systems, and control logic.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, and commissioning.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and contractors.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Oversee project financials, including cost control and forecasting.
