Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, and commissioning.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and contractors.
• Implement risk mitigation plans and ensure quality compliance.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests and manage project closeout.
