The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of project management experience and strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms and HVAC systems. This role involves project planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong background in BMS and control systems, especially in mission-critical facilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, and commissioning.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests and integrated systems testing.
• Manage project financials, including cost control and billing.
