Qualifications

• Experience across full lifecycle (design to commissioning).

ABOUT THE COMPANY

BMS / EPMS Engineer (Data Centers) | NY / NJ | $70K–$150K

I am working with a growing engineering team delivering mission critical projects, looking for a BMS / EPMS Engineer (5+ years) to support full lifecycle design and implementation of control systems across complex data center environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Design and develop BMS / EPMS / DCIM / SCADA systems
• Create control narratives, sequences of operation & system architectures
• Produce drawings: P&IDs, panel layouts, network architectures
• Support equipment selection + technical reporting
• Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with specs
• Collaborate with clients, vendors & multidisciplinary team

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in BMS / EPMS / Controls engineering
• Strong experience within data center or mission critical environments
• Understanding of HVAC systems + cooling infrastructure
• Ability to translate technical designs into practical system solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• EIT or PE (or working towards it)
• Experience across full project lifecycle (design → commissioning)
