Job summary

Argus Manufacturing Services is seeking Production Assemblers for our Wisconsin facilities in Stoughton, Evansville, and Brodhead. You will assemble components, read blueprints, and use hand and power tools to complete production stages with safety and quality in mind.

You should be comfortable with measuring and layout, drilling aluminum, steel, and wood, and working as part of a team to meet daily goals. Overtime on Fridays may be required to support production plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, mechanical or assembly areas preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Comfort with hand and power tools and varying fasteners.
• Reads and follows blueprints, work instructions and docs accurately.
• Maintains safe, organized workstation and meets daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies per production specs.
• Position and fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets, and fasteners.
• Operate drills, impact wrenches, rivet guns, grinders, sanders, routers and similar tools.
• Measure materials using tape measure and read blueprints.
• Prepare surfaces for assembly and perform quality checks.
• Maintain safety and quality during production and support overtime as needed.
